RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We value each and every Par Violet customer and want you to be over the moon with your purchase. If for any reason, you need to exchange or return an item within 14 days of receiving, please fill in the returns form included in the window of the garment bag. Returned items must be unworn and in their original condition with all tags still in place. 



Full priced items are eligible for an exchange, store credit or full refund excluding cost of shipping. Items that are marked “Sale” or items that are discounted with a promotional code - are not eligible for a refund, only store credit - no exceptions. Refunds are processed via the original method of payment and can take up to 7 business days to appear in your account. Customers are allowed one exchange per order.

 

Earrings are strictly final sale for hygiene purposes and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange or store credit.


 

Items returned outside of the 14 days receiving period will not be accepted. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not able to provide customers with a return label at the given moment.
