RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We value each and every Par Violet customer and want you to be over the moon with your purchase. If for any reason, you need to exchange or return an item for a store credit within 7 days of receiving, please fill in the form included in the window of the garment bag. Returned items must be unworn and in their original condition with all tags still in place. 


 

Please choose carefully as we do not provide any refunds no exceptions unless the item is deemed faulty after inspection by our returns team. Exchanges and store credits are usually processed within 3 business days of receiving. Customers are allowed one exchange per order.

 

Earrings are strictly final sale for hygiene purposes and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange or store credit.


 

Items returned outside of the  days receiving period will not be accepted. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not able to provide customers with a return label.
